Dear Tango Friends

 We invite you to the 4th edition of Vratislavia Tango Festival, which will be a combination of tradition and modernity, a meeting of tangueros dancing to the music of the Golden Age of Tango and those who love modern sounds.

We hope that everyone will find something for themselves at our festival, and we will do our best to ensure that you have a wonderful time not only at the milongas, but also meeting friends and experiencing the amazing atmosphere of Wrocław.

• during the festival the possibility of visiting Wroclaw from the Oder River and dancing on board of the ship

• Nocturna milonga during Saturday’s event – unusual experiences and emotions – tango in the dark

• tango walking – a walk along the promenade in Wroclaw to the rhythm of tango in the company of the initiator of this dance activity from Berlin

 

Participation in the festival

 In order to bring comfort to the participants of the Vratislavia Festival, we have introduced the registration of people with the principle of maintaining gender balance. This does not mean you cannot register solo. We also invite people without a partner, you may have to wait a little longer for confirmation, we will try to match solo people, if possible, respecting the above rule.

In order to create comfort on the dance floor, we have introduced a limit of people participating in the festival. The decisive factor is the order of applications together with the balance rule and payment.

In order to apply, please fill in the application form on the website (it is not tantamount to being admitted to the festival). Within a few days of sending the form, you will receive a confirmation of acceptance along with the account number.

After paying the full amount, we will send a confirmation to the indicated email, which will be tantamount to acceptance for the festival.

Price from April 1                       580 zł (140 euro)

DISCOUNT

Simultaneous registration of 3 couples or a group of 6 people with min. 3 leaders will result in free participation for one of the registered people. 

When registering, the lider of the group provides the names of people in the group.

Additionally, each participant of the group should register individually giving the e-mail address of the group leader.

The payment is made for the entire group by one person after receiving a confirmation e‑mail.

*participation in a boat cruise on the Oder (with milonga) with an additional fee of PLN 60 (EUR 15)/person

Festival Venue

 The main place where the festival milongas will take place is a building located in the center of Wrocław. La Rosa Negra is the largest dance studio in Wrocław, at 14, Braniborska Str. The place is characterized by maximum functionality, has a high-quality dance floor, mirrors, attractive industrial architecture and high standard. In order to ensure comfort, we provide a modern foyer, where we will prepare a coffee and recreation area, changing rooms with lockable cabinets and toilets with showers. Directly in the building (one floor above) there is a Kitchen Marche Domar restaurant and a cafe. The location of Braniborska Street guarantees all the attractions of the city center – there are numerous entertainment and cultural points here. The festival building is located just 15 minutes on foot from the Wrocław Old Town and the Market Square. There is also picturesque Podwale street and numerous restaurants in Św. Antoniego and Włodkowica Str. Festival participants can take advantage of the rich gastronomic offer of Hala Świebodzki bar & food Court, just 200 m from the event venue.   

 

Additional attraction

A tourist trip around Wrocław with a milonga on one of the largest passenger ship sailing in Wrocław.

We invite those willing to visit Wrocław from the side of the Oder River.
